Swift Creek Baptist Church
There is a gigantic wreath on the front of Swift Creek Baptist Church that has to be at least five feet tall! Those who use the church are free to decorate it as they will as long as they don't damage the wreath. We chose to wire on some pretty dried flowers and lamb's ear.
There is a very old (and heavy!) podium in the church where we placed the guest book and this hand painted sign made from weathered wood.
The bride wanted her flowers in pastels of all kinds with a wildflower appeal. The bouquets were created with roses and carnations in pastels, dusty miller, lamb's ear and assorted dried flowers.
Pillows on at Wooden Benches
We incorporated the words from 1st Corinthians to these pillows made from old canvas and vintage lace. They were placed on wooden pews at the entrance of Swift Creek Baptist Church in Boykin, SC.
Tea Cup Pew Markers
We used a combination of our own vintage cups and saucers to create beautiful pew markers which hung by lace from the wooden pews original to Swift Creek Baptist Church in Boykin, SC.
Gorgeous lilies At Irmo Town Park
Mason jars, brilliant orange lilies and river rocks decorated the aisle at Irmo Town Park.
Rehearsal Dinner at Rosa's Cottage
The bride's rehearsal dinner was held at Rosa's Cottage in Boykin, SC. Big Al's BBQ, a local legend, catered the sunflower and bird-themed event.
